Jun 10, 2026"The only open restaurant when I exited the airport at 4:30am, the signature goose with thin noodles has a gentle and yet rich flavor. I don't remember eating goose much, but this was a bit too chewy for me. But the noodles and the soup were great. I do feel that hkd98 is a bit steep, but Google says it is a premium Michelin restaurant and the shops outside the airport are priced similarly. The coffee was great though. Comes with a punch."

Apr 21, 2026"The Five spices soya goose are tender with full taste. We ordered chopped gooses but the goose meat was almost boneless. The fried rice was nice too, served with right moisture and temperature. The staff were attentive and friendly. Highly Recommended!"

Mar 10, 2026"Food isn't bad when compared to the Chinese food that I can get in the U.S., but it is poor against the food you can get outside the airport. My sister and I were really hungry when we landed in the afternoon and Hung's Delicacy looked okay for the food we wanted - we just wanted some light noodle dishes, so we would still have room for dinner with family a little later. I liked that this place had a luggage storing area for their customer that is controlled by their staff - the location is out in the open with a roped off area, so it isn't the most secure, but very noticeable if someone walks up to the luggage area. You place your order by phone and QR code, which helps with language barriers."
